NO RETURNS ON CUSTOM ORDER SKATES!!! Custom orders skate are packages in the $475.00 and also includes specially ordered boots from the manufacturer. If figuring out your size is a problem, email us for help, we will gladly assist you with the proper size for these high end boots for these high cost skate packages.

Restocks fee for refused items are 15%. This fee includes items returned to us unless the error was committed by except in cases where the error is our fault. Except with our express written authorization, refused items are subject to 15%. We do not charged for items returned to us for product exchange or size exchange. With exchanged items, you will responsible for shipping charges.

How to Return an Item:
First, request a Return Number Authorization (RNA) by emailing us for RNA or calling us 1-866-758-8377 (866-SK8TERS) and we will issue you a RNA. We must receive the RNA in order to refund the purchase price of your item. Ship the item with the original packing slip, and the issued RNA to the address located on the packing slip.

SHIPPING:
We ship orders Monday thru Fridays only. Since many of our products are customed ordered, we drop some products right from the distributors. Shipping is sent via UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority. Shipping Charges are pre-taxed (NJ residents pay 6% sales tax). Currently, we are not shipping to Foreign countries. We will further examine this option and may expedite it in the near future.

No additional charges for Back Orders which can be cancelled anytime without penalty. Air shipping of bulky items such as Electric Scooters and Ride On Toys may require a shipping surcharge. We will email you with an estimate of surcharges and you will have an opportunity to switch to ground shipping or cancel your order at that time with no penalty.

We will only ship to the credit card billing address. If you desire a different shipping address, you can use American Express and add an extra billing address to the account to charge for your items.

Inventory:
You may email at anytime regarding the availablilty of an item. Most items are shipped within 1-2 business days but can take up to 5 days depending on the availability of the parts needed to assemble the skates

Confirmations:
We will send you an email confirming that your order has been shipped. Orders receive before 2:00 are usually processed and shipped that day.

Please consult a competent skate mechanic if you skates need an adjustment. You should not attempt to make any adjustments to your skates unless you are qualified.
